Description
Many people lack confidence in their ability to negotiate or at least think they could improve at negotiating. This course looks at how negotiation happens in all aspects of our lives, every day, and then some of the tools that make negotiation easier and more effective. We also uncover some obstacles to effective negotiation and how to overcome them, including the challenge of negotiating remotely, how social media impacts negotiations, and dealing with negotiation anxiety, among other obstacles. The course also looks at the skills involved in negotiating and how to develop yours and goes step-by-step through what happens before, during, and after a negotiation.
