 Everyone is unique and the things that motivate people at work or become obstacles for their motivation are going to vary from person to person. This course will help leaders understand various ways to motivate themselves and others trough discussing a number of different approaches to motivation, the impact of the gig economy on motivating a workforce, and how to manage for motivation. Additionally, we explore some principles from a company that is known for being a best place to work. Participants will come away armed with a wealth of knowledge and tools to deploy for their own and others’ greater motivation at work.
