How to Prepare For CPS is the third course in IMA’s Creative Problem-Solving series. This course takes a closer look at the prerequisites to beginning a CPS session. These include assembling a team, securing the right meeting space, preparing for divergent and convergent thinking, acquiring the proper supplies, interviewing the client, and planning a warm-up exercise.
