This course discusses how COSO and other various resources are used in developing and maintaining a robust system of cybersecurity controls. In this course, accounting and finance professionals responsible for risk and mitigation oversight will be introduced to qualitative versus quantitative risk assessments, key cost considerations, an overview of oversight responsibilities and monitoring and mitigation techniques used.
