This dynamic series provides subscribers with a clear understanding of the importance of internal controls within their business by using the five components of the COSO framework (the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring.) Based on webinars presented by Sandra B. Richtermeyer, Ph.D., CMA, CPA, associate dean and professor of accountancy at Xavier University's Williams College of Business, this insightful series includes moderation and lively commentary by well-respected thought leaders from companies committed to outstanding integration of these internal control principles. Suitable for businesses of any size, the Internal Control Series self-study series will better equip subscribers with the tools needed to implement internal controls, which will enable strong company performance and strategic achievement. After completing the exams for each of five sessions, subscribers can receive 1.5 NASBA CPE credits and a total of 7.5 NASBA CPE credits for the series. In addition, once all five sessions are successfully completed, subscribers will earn a distinguished professional certificate, reflecting their successful completion of the five-part Internal Control Series! Please note: This course does not lead to a certification.
